By accessing or using ForgetLess services, including ForgetLess Transcriber, RemindAI, and any future tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

ForgetLess provides AI-powered productivity tools including, but not limited to, audio transcription, AI summaries, task management, reminders, and password management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable fair use policies

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on EU servers and processed in compliance with the GDPR. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by ForgetLess and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Some Services may require a paid subscription. Pricing is available on our pricing pages. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

ForgetLess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
